Summary

  • Replaced the default Vite template README with a project-specific description of ConceptSketch
  • Added sections: Features, Getting Started, Usage table, Tech Stack, and File Format
  • Documented all key interactions (node creation, multi-select, subgraph navigation, save/load)

Changes

The previous README was the boilerplate generated by create vite and described Vite/React configuration rather than the actual project. This PR replaces it entirely with content that accurately describes what ConceptSketch is and how to use it.
